Our Peanut sauce is the perfect accompaniment to satay. A rich, complex sauce made in the style of Penang, serve this thick sauce as a dipping sauce for chicken, pork, shrimps, grilled fish or beef.
INGREDIENTS
No MSG, dairy or meat products. Contains peanut butter.
Peanut butter, water, soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate [less than 1/10th of 1% asa preservative], brewing starter [Aspergillus Sojae]), pure apple cider vinegar (5% acetic acid), pepper sauce (tomatoes [may contain water & citric acid], tomato juice, onions, pure white vinegar [5% acetic acid]), worcestershire sauce (malt vinegar, sugar, soy sauce [water, hydrolyzed soy protein, corn protein], caramel colour, pure spices, prune juice, peppers), sugar, sesame oil, dehydrated garlic, spices.

Thai Peanut Vinaigrette Dressing
Serves 4
Prep Time - 10 min
- 125 ml Coconut Milk
- 2 tsp Wicked Gourmet Peanut Satay Sauce
- 2 tsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 2 tbsp Canola Oil
- 4 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients & shake well - Pour over salad greens
