Our Rib Sticking Rib & Chicken Sauce offers a unique combination of molasses & fruit making this thick, sweet & tangy sauce ideal for ribs, chicken & steak lovers. Finger licking good! Need we say more.

INGREDIENTS

No MSG, dairy or meat products. May contain traces of nuts. 

Pure apple cider vinegar (5% acetic acid), water, tomato paste, glucose/fructose, salt, spices, syrup (corn
syrup, glucose/fructose, water, brown sugar, artificial and natural flavours, caramel, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), water, raisins, molasses, corn syrup (glucose, water, refiners' syrup, salt, vanillin), sugar, onion, lemon juice (water, concentrated lemon juice, sulfites, lemon oil), soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate [less than 1/10th of 1% as a preservative], brewing starter [Aspergillus Sojae]), canola oil, mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar [20%], salt, citric acid, potassium metabisulphite [as a preservative]), worcestershire sauce (malt vinegar, sugar, soy sauce [water, hydrolized soy protein, corn protein], caramel colour, pure spices, prune juice, salt), granulated garlic, spices.

RECIPES 

Rib Sticking BBQ Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (375 ml) Wicked Gourmet Rib Sticking Rib & Chicken Sauce
  • 3 lbs. baby back or side ribs
  • 12.7 cups water (3L)

Directions

  • Place ribs in pot of water. Bring water to a boil & skim the water to remove all the scum.
  • Boil 1 hour & 20 minutes
  • Remove ribs from water
  • Pre-heat grill to medium high Place ribs on grill. Turn ribs until brown on both sides.
  • Brush Wicked Gourmet Rib Sticking Rib & Chicken Sauce on both sides coating ribs - turn heat down to low or turn grill off, heat from grill will be sufficient to thicken sauce.
  • Remove ribs from grill when sauce begins to thicken Place ribs on platter & let stand 5 minutes before serving.
